Ep 6 What do I think about when I am training on my bike?

In the last episode, I told you about a new routine that I have picked since the start of the lockdown in France. It’s indoor bike training. I am training 5 times a week on my bike, based on a 6-week training plan from Zwift, a virtual training application for runners and cyclists.

In this episode, I am sharing with you the thoughts that cross my mind when I am spinning the pedals. What I think about when I am training on my indoor bike?

Dans le dernier épisode, je vous ai parlé d’une nouvelle routine que j’ai mise en place depuis le début de cette période de confinement. C’est l’entrainement sur le vélo d’intérieur. Je m’entraîne cinq fois par semaine, pendant 6 semaines, basé sur le programme d’entrainement de Zwift. L’application Zwift est un logiciel d’entraînement pour des runners et cyclistes.

Dans cet épisode, je partagerai avec vous des pensées qui me traversent l’esprit quand je roule à vélo. À quoi pense-je quand je m’entraîne sur vélo d’intérieur ?
